Re: Can you customize a protocol for me please?
Interesting! Being half Asian I can identify a lot with some of the things you said.
The stomach pain is stress, but it's actually a combination of too much stomach acid and stagnant liver chi. Tums and Maalox, things like that, stop digestion and will make things worse, so don't rely on them. Take Bragg's ACV instead to neutralize stomach acids and aid the liver if it happens again.
Teeth grinding and excessive saliva is all about parasites, the larger ones. So definitely make a
parasite cleanse your top priority.
Chapped, peeling lips is a combination of weak spleen and lack of EFAs. Seems you're simply not digesting oils very well. I'd definitely take digestive enzymes, preferably Garden of Life's Omegazyme because it has more Lipase than other brands. Take lecithin too.
The spleen doesn't like sour foods, so don't do the Cleansing Drink right now. Stick to India Spice tea, Green Tea Chai, Kombucha, ginger tea, peppermint.
I'm not sure which oils will be best for you, but definitely take cod liver oil. Alternating between Udo's Choice and other fish oils would probably be best. EVCoconut oil would be worht trying, as it will help your spleen.
Are you sure you're not pregnant?
For the hypoglycemia, make sure your diet is high in low-glycemic foods. Don't eat raw foods, just a bit of salad, max. After the
parasite cleanse concentrate on the liver and lymphs. You can start taking liver herbs now - Livatone Plus and Chinese Bitters would be best for you. Just do enough bowel managemnet to make sure that the toxins are exited fast. Weekly enemas or
colonics would be best. P&B shakes are helpful, but since you already have good bowel tone then simply flushing the colon regularly is prbably all you really need to do.
EmergenC and GTF Chromium (Solaray's Spectro, an excellent multi-vit, has GTF Chromium) are a MUST.
Accent warming foods - broths, Kichadi, prepare your foods with heating/pungent/carminitive spices and drink teas. Avoid all pre-packaged foods, just about anything with a label, for several months at least.
The rest should wait until you get the
parasites out. Once you do two sets of 14 day
parasite treatments with a 14 day break in between, recheck your symptoms over a period of a week and see which ones still remain. Chances are good that most will resolve. You can do any parasite cleanse you like -
Clarkia , parastroy, colonix. Try to add raw garlic cloves (3 or more of them daily) and raw pumpkin seeds to your parasite protocol.
After the parasite cleanse do take some probiotics. Probably all you'll need is one bottle of refrigerated live Acidophilus, but with your weak spleen a bottle of Primal Defense would be very helpful too.
Hope that helps! :)
