I was afraid that I had parasites and the idea is really creeping me out. I will try the Clarkia but are there any precautions I should take? Do you have any experience w/ parasite cleanse? I'm just not sure what to expect and I'm really afraid of what I'll see coming out. Should I buy the Clarkia online?
If I start the parasite cleanse this week, should I continue w/the P&B shakes or should I wait until I finish the 14days of PC?
I also have no clue about enemas and colonics. Is this absolutely necessary in PC? Should I go to a professional?
You also mentioned taking Livatone Plus & Chinese Bitters. Are they ok to take when I'm doing the PC? Can you give me more specific instructions on taking them? I really have no clue.

Since I've been doing the P&B shakes, I've been craving a lot of soup & very sour food. My stomach really can't handle meat and greasy food right now. And I've been having nausea throughout the day. I'm not sure if it's the shake.

And I'm not pregnant because I already took the test. I guess coming off the pill about 3months ago, my body's still trying to adjust...

One last question, after the parasite cleanse, should I do the liver flush? I was thinking about doing your Liver Flush w/out the Epsom Salt from your FAQ. Will this help w/my spleen?
