No raw food means no fresh juice?

I fogot to mention that I purchased a greenstar juicer recently and plan to juice wheatgrass, carrots, and other veges & fruits. Is this not a good idea since you told me to avoid raw food except for occasional salads? Should I return the juicer?

I'm going to start on your protein shake to get more digestive enzymes and lecithin. Do you think one shake a day is sufficient? If so, should I make it a meal, like for breakfast?

Is it good to drink the protein shakes during the PC or should I wait until I finish?

thanks a bunch,
susie
