lumps on tongue..worried

Hi Shelley,

Thanks for all your help...it is a great relief..i have being following the diet/ cleanse but i still have a white coating on my tongue and i have lumps on the side of my tongue...both sides..is there anything to be worried about..eg tongue cancer
Sometimes my tongue gets sore but usually it is ok...
