I have it pretty bad at times, so my liver is congested, then :( Darn! I will try another clark flush this weekend, but I will be lowering the amount of Epsom Salts I take in because I got a canker sore after taking them and it was a weird one (it went away much quicker then they normally do). Thanks for the info!
