aching arms

Hi Shelley,

Sorry for the constant questions ..

I have a really sore arm inside the muscle i think about 1/2 up between the shoulder and the elbow.it is on the fleshy bit of the arm..it aches sort of..really wierd but it seems to happen when i am tired or have overdone things..do you think this could mean my lymphatic system is overloaded or i need further cleansing..
