I figured out I could sneak a teaspoon of cod liver oil (Carlson's lemon flavored) into my carrot cleansing salad, but I'm still not sure what I can do to the kefir. I've been eating it with berries for breakfast, but I don't have berries all the time. I'm looking for something very simple - something to cover some of its sourness. I've used it in a cold vegetable salad, but I need something easy and quick to do on a regular basis. I'm hoping eventually I'll get used to the taste, but until then, any suggestions? Thanks!
