I try not to focus on my weight, but inevitably I do. I've averaged weighing 2-4 pounds more than I did before I started my latest cleansing efforts. (I have allowed for fluctuations in weight due to PMS and period.) My diet is improved and consistent from month to month.
From the end of June to August, I did 2 Liver Flushes and used Dr. Schulze 's, then Oxypowder for a while. During my 3 weeks in India in August, I just took some Triphala a few times. I started Colonix on September 1st and have done 3 successful Liver Flushes since then. I've also taken lecithin and Livatone Plus on a regular basis - and other liver supporting things like the cleansing drink, salad and so on. I use the elliptical, rebounder, stationary bike and Tibetian 5 Rites 5-6 times a week.
I feel very discouraged because I think I'm doing the right things without a payoff. I've never had a problem losing weight (if I'm eating correctly) until September and the Colonix program...I don't know if those things are related or not, but I should be finishing up the Colonix in a week or so.
Is there something I'm not doing that I should? Any possible cause I haven't thought of?
