Ive had psoriasis for 17 years!!!

Just wondering if can let me know of any cures that may help my Psoriasis ( that are cheap)In the 17 years I’ve had it i've had sooooo many treatments, for example, homeopathy,tar creams, creams that burnt my skin, i was in hospital for 3 weeks with it, ive had faith healing in Ireland, puva light treatment, acupuncture, Chinese medicine but non have got read of it. The only thing that does work is going under a normal sun bed and although that’s ok i don’t want to end up with horrid skin when I’m older and as soon as i as i stop going within a week it starts to come back. The is one cream i have tried, which does work a little it's dermatique but unfortunately i need lots of it (as i have it all over) and it costs to much. I do suggest that those of you who have big patches this cream will work if you use it twice a day!! The best one to use is the rejuvenating cream it's £24(you can buy it online) If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated!!
