I did my first flush and it all worked to a T. Only thing was when I did the Epsom Salts my legs where achy after the potion and as the stones passed the pain was aleviated.
Second flush the same thing happened after i took the Epsom Salts doing the following "Get your Epsom Salts ready. Mix 6 tbs. in 4 cups grapefruit juice and pour this into a jar. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold"
Then I drank them at 6 pm and again at 8pm. In between the time of 6-8pm my legs both became very achy from the knee all the way down to the ankle im not sure what it means.
Also I had my gallbladder removed did NOT know or was told by my doctor that I could do this by myself and since then spicy hot food gives me gas and pain any suggestions as to why?
Thank you all soooo much for your help.
Happy new year and take care!
Oh and yes I have another "friendly question" I plan on doing a third Liver Flush in the first week of Febuary and was wondering if I could have a buddy just in case I get sick. On my second flush I had an attack and I think having someone to call that has been through the procedure and telling me I will be okay and help me through it if there is any pain? Any volenteers? If it makes any difference im a 28 yr old female.
