Re: milk?

Okay just to confuse the issue a little more...how about Soy Milk... I used to drink reg milk ( skim) then when the big C hit I read some stuff here on the evils of Milk and seeing as I seemed to be developing lactose intolerance ...probally due to the stomach cancer I switched to Unsweetened Organic soy milk... made with 100% certified organic soybeans... any takes on that ? I do enjoy cheese, eggs, meat etc and I am Cancer Free now so if all those things are so terrible how come I recovered ? Could it just be a balance issue as with all things in life the Ying and Yang of food :-)...as long as you eat plenty of healthy veg it offsets any negativity from growthhormones in meat etc...there are also many good things like Iron for example which is much harder to absorb from veg...

My 2 cents...
Yoda...
