If he were my father,I would get him the following

get him asap on Lower Bowel Balance(LBB)to clean out intestines so
toxins can exit quickly,

Herbal Dewormer and drink 1 quart within 2-3 days.All cancer patients are low on
potassium,especially the pancreas suffers from this!
I would get him to drink at least a quart a week for a month=4quarts.
