My step daughter was anemic and all she had to do was change her diet, by eating more fruits and veggies. It's always better to eat a well rounded diet instead of adding mega doses of supplements. Remember it takes one nutrient to absorb another and so on and so on. So if you just take one or a few high doses of supplements you eventually wind up being low on something else in the end. So eat something that has it all. Super foods are a good start.
