Dont worry heather if you eat lots of sweets, its not really your fault, Sugar is in fact very addictive. I have been working very hard to get Sugar out of my diet and am doing quite well actually after a couple years. I still binge on occasion but when I do, its on a tuna fish sandwhich and some apples, and very rarely on cookies. Where as a couple years ago I ate tons of cake, and ice cream and drank lots of milk. So I have come a long ways I think. The trick has been for me to eliminate foods one at a time, first dairy (maybe one particular product like ice cream) and after about 3-5 months you no longer desire that product because its out of your system. I just hope the vit. c can keep me away from tuna sandwhiches and cookies. So far so good!
