Re: Where to buy bulk herbs cheap online?

Hi there!
I was about to place a really big order at herbalcom.com at your recommendation but I was just wondering a couple of things:
Have you ever been able to get anybody on the telephone there, because their telephone ordering system says their number is 'unrecognized."
I wanted to speak with them, just to be sure that the herbs I was ordering weren't chemically treated, because I'm trying to heal from cancer.
I know the website states they aren't, but there are certain countries which export herbs that are far more likely than others to have used chemicals or irradiated, so it would have been nice to talk.

My other question is:

When you open these herbs, are the buds/leaves, intact, colorful and very fragrant in comparison to other supplies you have used?
I ask because I was absolutely shocked, having only ordered from penn and frontier herbs, to find out how much more potent, vibrant and fresh the herbs were, when I decided to try glenbrook farms.

I hope I'm not imposing, but whatever help you can provide will be most welcome, as funds are severely strained by my illness and I can't take a long time to decide.
