Is the unit non aluminum and teflon free?

I try to give my fresh veggies
a hydrogen peroxide or apple cider vinegar wash/soak
(just about a cap to a large bowl of water and soak for 15-20 minutes)
to kill off bacteria and parasites,
fungus, molds, viruses,
& chemical preservative/waxes on produce.
then lightly scrub .rinse and ready to go.

Or you can simply light spray an undiluted bit of hydrogen peroxide
onto produce, and wait about 1-2 minutes, rinse and scrub,
then eat fresh or lightly steam it.
I use a the barest possible water content in foods I steam,
and keep a top on them to retain nutrients better.
I only steam at a bare simmer til veggie is just getting tender,
but still crunchy and with good color.

I use visionware cookware,
and always ingest
the small bit of water with the vegetable.
