Do consider epsoms now and then as a laxative

Consider using epsoms now and then as a laxative ( Epsom Salts ). They taste terrible, true, but are not addictive, unlike herbal laxatives, which can be if taken repeatedly over the course of weeks. Maybe you won't need any help for that long anyway! But if you do, epsoms are the safest laxative I've read about. And, (my opinion), since they are just magnesium sulphate, there isn't anything in them that could get in your bloodstream to hurt your baby - magnesium is a necessary body mineral, and sulphate is the form the magnesium is in. Worth a bit a research for you, maybe.
