Amalgam Removal in Chicago

Does anyone know of any good and affordable holistic dentists in the Chicagoland area? I have 10-12 Amalgams and a couple of root canal. I don't have insurance but it'll this will improve my health i don't mind paying everythin out of pocket. I am not sure if Amalgam is the root cause of my ill health (as I believe it started with a Hep AB vaccine I took 1.5 years ao), but mercury probably plays a big role.
