What I meant by I do pretty much everything you said is that I don't exercise regulary. I also don't oil pull. I keep forgetting. Lazy. I know, I've tried over and over to have an exercise routine but I always end up quitting when I get too fatigued or am having trouble sleeping.
I've come a long way though, my fatigue used to be so bad that I could hardly walk longer than a few minutes. I was only just able to get to disneyland again a few months ago. It was heaven!!
But I do live a very outdoor lifestyle and try to walk as much as I can. I'd also like to take yoga again once I get the chance to sign up(my old place moved) I'm also a dancer(ballet)and I'm really anticipating the time when I'm stong enough to take it again.
I only drink spring water and sometimes freshly made juices or herbal tea. I never drink coffee or soda or anything that isn't water, and I never really have. Last time I had soda(at least a year ago)I didn't fall asleep till 5 or 6 in the morning. And I've only had coffee a few times in my life.
