need to learn more about eating disorders... book recommendations?

Hello, I have been visiting curezone over a year now on cleasing forums. But now I am facing a new situation, step-daughter has developed eating disorders is starting counseling and therapy. My husband and I know next to nothing concrete about these disorders. Anyone have recommendations of good reading material? I did not find much here at curezone but am very glad to know they have a forum for the subject.
