yes it is related to chemical imbalances due to the deficiency of proper vitamins/minerals. Eating white breads, pasttas, and refined foods leach the body of vital minerals.

I prefer juicing with a juicer, many dark greens like parsely and swiss chard and spinach, with a big cucumber, and a green apple. Sometimes I add other things to it like mint herb or anise. It is very delicious. I also do red cabbage which comes out like a purple drink, for the sulfer content. It keeps my skin very clear.
