I wouldn't agree with it all though. Bananas shouldn't be avoided just because they contain fat. Some is needed, and if one likes bananas, they would provide a good source of inulin, needed for intestinal health, and seretonin the 'feel-good', mood and appitite regulating hormone, which is often lacking in people with eating disorders. They are also a good form of potassium, which can also be very low (sometimes dangerously), so I am unsure of why they are to be discouraged in this article.
