HI WI! Good luck to you! Its great that you've found a way of eating that works for you, its healthy, and nutritious, and who knows, someday it may be part of a more formalised eating plan for disordered eating problems. Its got to be a whole heap better than the alternative! I would monitor how you do on this diet though, follow your intuition. Do not get too rigid about it. They may come a time when you may want to broaden your food choices.

Do you heat any of your food? The idea of all cold food in the winter does not do much for me, I like my stews and soups (homemade and full of vegs/lentils and the like), like you, I feel good eating them, do not feel the need to binge or vomit them, and I know they are doing me good. In the summer I eat more salads and cold vegs. I know that the basis of this diet is RAW, but can that include a gentle 'warming'? Also, do you eat any diary? (V. interested).
