That's great K, hope its still going well. Just a thought though, going to the gym every day (?) is a lot for you. Do you go EVERY day?? Sometimes a walk in the park can be what we really need, inbetween the gym sessions, or doing some gardening. You get to breath in the fresh air (if you're lucky!) and its a gentler kind of exercise. Sometimes wearing yourself out at the gym is too hardgoing.

I also think that Sugar messes up our resolve, but coffee can do this also, it can cause blood Sugar levels to drop, which makes us tired and craving something sweet. I find that eating a carbohydrate snack with some protein helps, as it does not result in a high/dip in Sugar levels, it's a slower release of energy over a longer time.
