Good for you! I agree with you totally about all of these "quacks" that are around. They will kill you in pursuit of the almighty dollar! I have a quick question: How do you take your vitamin C, i.e., how much per dose and at what intervals to achieve 59 grams per day? I believe I read that vitamin C only stays in your body for four hours. I want to reach bowel tolerance but I am unsure how much vitamin C to take and how to spread out the doses.
