Limited Kichadi Diet means don't pig out on it and don't eat much of anything else either. :) Veggies okay, of course. :)

You can cook the veggies for 5 minutes so they are cooked, it really depends on the veggie when you put it in. I like my carrots soft so I put them in a bit earlier, but greens cook in two minutes so they go in at the end.
I like white basmati rice, I digest it a lot easier. I'm going to try brown next tho and see if I can handle it without getting constipated now that my digestion's stronger, as the brown does have more B vitamins. So go with whatever is easiest for you. :) Brown is just a bit challenging compared to white LOL! :)
