Re: Indigestion, heartburn or acid reflux?

Hiya softballgal!

Liver Cleanses are very stressful. It's best to do absolutely nothing but a very pure diet of wholesome, easy to digest cooked foods for at least two weeks after a flush. What you're going thru is a typical healing crisis. When you lessen the body's toxic load, it will dump toxins and right imbalances from way back that perhaps just went deeper into your tissues the first time you had them. Since you've had sore throats before that is a strong indication that this is indeed a healing crisis, which is very positive. At most you may want to add kefir to your diet for awhile. I rarely recommend killing microbes, the best thing to do is establish balance so the good guys can keep the baddies in check naturally. Otherwise the baddies mutate and get stronger. Kefir adds good guys to your digestive system. You may also want to flush your sinuses with a neti pot solution of zinc, salt or colloidial silver.

for more info, feel free to visit the site I wrote, http://www.askshelley.com, especially the FAQ.

Good luck! :)
