Exercise, Fruits and Fruit Juices

According to Dr. Young, aggressive excercise, sweet fruits and fruit juices are all very acidifying.

I know this can be a challenging issue (it is one I'm working on as well, and I've read many of your posts), but I thought I'd share this feeedback, just in case....

FYI:
` The book "Slow Burn" provides good guidelines for learning how to slow down and enjoy the benefits of alkaline exercising.
` According to Dr. Young, clay and good fats are essential for alkalizing since they help to bind and eliminate acids.

Hope this helps!
