Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H
J.Crow’s® Lugol’s Iodine Solution. Restore lost reserves.

So when I did the Master-Cleanse I used 1 1/4 cup Lemon juice, 1 1/4 cup Maple Syrup and 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper for 100 oz of water. What would you suggest be the ingredients and their amounts for the cleanse?

Thanks for bring all your knowledge to this forum. For most of us wouldn't have a clue!!
