These ideas I have made suggestions about before , but not in such detail on this forum!
It is true that it is best to take some kind of an acid, be it Lemon juice or ACV or
Epsom Salt to help make the calcium and or magnesium work best in the body!
And that dolomite and or eggshells may work also for a cheap source for some of your calcium and magnesium needs, the latter mainly in the dolomite!
But none of them may duplicate the same results as the Calcium Hydroxide and Epsom salt!
For the above suggested may not provide you with the sulfates your body may need to regulate the proteins in your body as well as other benefits the sulfates may provide!!
But it is your choice which you so choose to do to help your self!
One may even choose to take some of each kind at different times of the day and this would be good, if you so choose to do so!
