Hi #36,

I know you are not trying to bash me!

You are just trying to provide info which you may consider important for others to know about!

And this is what all of us should do, but when any info which we may have provided may come to light as not being what we may have considered it to be of importance, then we need to be willing to not get all Bent out of shape when new info comes into light about the subject!

I do not feel that you have shown that you have gotten all bent out of shape, but are just trying to provide info you may consider important, all the while agreeing that it is better to get our Health from Top Quality foods if possible as I have stated to be so from the begining!

It is just that I am trying to provide all of the different ways which people may choose from to help themself to become more Healthy with what ever Life style they may so choose to live!

Of course, those who choose to clean up their eating habits and "STOP" eating "JUNK" foods may find that they may recieve the "BEST" Benefits over those who just choose to supplement their "JUNK" food Diet with a few good suggestions!
