MC stands for master cleanse or the so called Lemonade Diet .There are tons of websides and support groups online. It is very simple and tolerable for most people. You pretty much fast on freshly made lemon juice mixed with grade B organic maple syrup and caeynne pepper. To get the full benefits you need to stay minimum 10 days on it. I did it for 8 days only and that's why I want to try it again. I was acctually fine, just felt very skinny, just got tired of the same citrus taste and missed the variety of different fruit and vegetable juices. I am hoping that I still continued to cleanse even if I changed the fast.
I think when you do something like that you have to be mentally ready and very well familliar with what you are doing, how it works and what are the effects on your body. Educate yourself, read a lot of materials,do your research,experiment with different programs and see what works for you, sigh up for support groups, talk to other people that are doing the same and of course listen and respect your body. Be gentle and loving to yourself.
One think I firmly believe is that our bodies can heal themselves on their own if we give them the chance. Have you tried anything else beside fasting? Herbs, colonics, liver flush, energy work, meditation and yoga?
