You know I have a history of panic attacks too and they were really bad. I ended several times in the ER room. After I started my first detox program for the fibroids and became a raw foodist(well, only for 2 years)they dissapeared. I have to tell you the first 30 days on my journy to the raw food they were still there and very staburn, but eventually they were gone completely. After I returned to the cooked food when I got pregnant they came back but very rarely and not so severe. Ever since I started my new detox now(several weeks now)I am really calm and there is not even a remote sign of anxiety or depression. So, just keep in mind that food is very closely related to mental disorders. Are you taking any medications(antidepressants maybe)?
I looked at the kamquat page, but it was only the fruit related information. How do you make the tea?
I agree about the enzimes and actually after beeing on raw food for a wile it restores the proper combination of enzimes and electrolites, but it has to be very well ballanced and in right proportions. I've heard also of a enzime product called Vitalzim, that helps with shrinking fibroids. I have not taken it yet. You have to take it for at least 3 months and in large doses and is quite expesive
