Your body is learning how to function without an important organ and for me moderate upper stomach nausa was pretty normal for the first six weeks. Now(9 weeks later) only a few things trigger it, and I can live without them(ice cream is one) since I ate almost nothing for a couple years before having it out. Noon meals are the hardest to digest. Eat sensibly, eat lightly, eat small meals often, still eat lots of apples(for liver stones ) and radishes when they look good to you, and back off from heavy animal fats. Most of all be patient.
