The secret is in understanding the biological fundamentals that are at work in our body and then practicing consistently the complementary habits that support them. The secret is to also
know what the insulting habits are...and avoid them long enough
to allow for heal to return.
It is challenging to create the balance between teaching about nutritional principles, so that the practice of the most important health and nutritional habits takes root...
I will keep posting my ideas, and try to respond to as many
