I find the lemonade drink to be worse than the SWF, and even the ceyanne. Okay, day 2 for me. I did this fast a few months ago, but as I was breastfeeding at the time, I could only do the lemonade part. Now I'm on the full fledge fast, day 2.
I HATE the lemonade!!! I've never liked lemons in my water or my tea, I'm just not a real lemon lover (unless it's that really bad for you artificial stuff!!) But it's waaaaaay worse with the maple syrup. As I am trying to reduce, I generally only add 1 tablespoon per drink instead of 2. I make up for the loss of sweetness with Stevia. Well, here's my new idea:
Instead of Lemonade, I just combined 1/2 cup of lemon juice with a lot of Stevia, then poured it over shaved ice. I add the maple syrup to tea (which I really like) if I get hungry. Of course, I'm taking the ceyanne in capsules, and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is almost no problem. Oh, and I drink lots of water. So here we have all the same ingredients, just combined differently. Does anyone see a reason why this won't work???
