Hi lelo,

I lift weights 4-5 times a week, and do cardio 5-6 times a week. I did my first Master-Cleanse last month. The first several days were tough--as my body was adjusting--and I stayed away from the gym. By day 4 or 5, my energy level was great and I continued my work outs. I found that I could still do all weights and cardio, but my endurance was a little weaker. Instead of doing 4 sets of 15, I did 3 sets. I also had to adjust the weight to be a bit lighter than I was used to, but not much. I just started my 2nd Master-Cleanse today and already it is MUCH easier than the first time. I have a feeling my work outs will be more "normal" the 2nd go around as well! Hope this helps....
