i dont get it- i did a 14 day fast two weeks ago, stopped before i was really ready to over scheduling difficulties- so now i am trying to start again- and for the last three days i have been absentmindedly putting food in my mouth
its not even like breaking down, its more like i'm just not focused and i forget and pop the last two grapes from the fruit bowl into my mouth- or i'm cooking and i taste test the food- i am sure this would be so much easier if i was not preparing food something like 10 times a day for the kids, but i did this for 14 days, with out a whole lot of trouble, and i am not dying for food or anything, but i cant seem to get through a day without something like a mouthful of absentminded food, i would be on day four, but this is my fourth day one...ugghhh
how do i get back into focus and stop forgetting not to eat?????!!!
