I hope my message doesnt piss you off but I can honestly say that food controlled me too (up until 13 days ago). I read all of your stories and the only thing I can say is wrong with you all is will power. I honestly believe that you must do this because you desire to, not because it's trendy or a good thing to do. There are plenty of good things to do in life, like giving to charity, walking seniors across the street, and perhaps giving blood. This is about You and if You arent willing to close the door on old habits, then dont close it. When u are the most hungry thats when this becomes the most important. Doing the Master-Cleanse isnt important when you're not hungry, theres no challenge in that, the key is drinking this stuff and remaining focused on why you're doing it in the first place. I suggest that you all get a journal and when you are at your hungriest, write in it and tell yourself HONESTLY why you're wanting to do this. If its because you just want to be skinny or whatever, be honest with yourself thats key. I have been going at this for 13days and my friend who started the same day as I has already quit, its important to remember that your friends didnt help you put toxins in your body and they certainly cant help you get them out.
