Are you kidding me? I wish I had known sooner about this. I am on day 10 and ever since day 1 I have not had to reach over for my asthma inhaler and no more allegra either. I will say it is very hard. The second day into my cleanse there was an appreciation luncheon at the office. I am talking about curry chicken, fresh off the grill veggies and meats, sushi all you could imagine was there and even the most beautiful choc cake I have ever seen! Well I kept focused and sipped my lemonade throughout the meeting while ever yone around me was eating. Yesterday I went to the movies with a friend of mine and he got 3 large slices of cheese pizza - my addiction (cheeeeese!) bu when I realized how good im doing and how far I had some I didn't even look twice. Then on the ride home I heard him complaining of allergies, he was sneezing and stuff. Hmmmm the cheese? My worst enemy! Well it is a hard journey and I have become very crancky but if you explain it to people they understand. It has tried all my bounderies but I would of never though that I would ever be free of my inhaler. Good luck and I do hope you do it.
