It all depends on what cleansing program you are following. This is what it says on this website:

So you can see, even the professionals are in disagreement as to do enemas or not. Do what you feel is best for you. I personally don't believe in them. To me they are not natural. You don't see animals doing this out in nature. I also know some people will come back that the animals haven't done what we have done to our bodies (cooked/processed foods). But I have such a strong feeling against them, that I know this is not what my body wants. I'll do the slow cleaning out - cleanses and eating raw.
