I'm not sure if I'm the person that can answer your questions. I don't believe in enemas (fought it tooth & nail when I delivered my children and lost out both times - should have had the children at home). But I'll give you my opinions:

1) The Leomade cleansing clears the mucus out of your system, all they way from the tongue to the rectum. So it's just not for cleaning out a mucked up stomach. The mucus that coveres our digestive system is caused from us eating cooked foods. This mucus prevents some nutrients from penetrating into our cells. This is why we want to cleanse and get rid of this mucus. As soon as we start eating cooked/processed foods again, we will build up the mucus again. I would think once you are cleansed and if you stayed 100% raw, you shouldn't have to do it again. But if you are going to eat any processed foods you might want to do it again later. I also feel you could accomplish the same thing by eating raw. It just will take longer to clear up the mucus without the cleansing program.

2) During the fasting process many things could happen to you. For me I got a real bad neck and headache the first night and had a number of milder neck and headaches after that. I also had a couple of bouts of diarrhia. On the positive side, my mind seems clearer, my body feels light on the inside. I've lost weight.

3) Yes, you can go a lifetime without cleanings. Some people switch to eating all raw and eventually become clean. Fasting speeds it up.

Again, these are just my opinions. Some health leaders will say everyone needs to do cleansings. Other health leaders will say it's not necessary. Again, just do what you feel is right for you.
