You will find health experts that are pro and those that are anti.

I just personally don't think they are necessary for me as there are other means to clean out our system. Others feel just the opposite and have had great success with them. I believe it's a personal choice. I've tried to put in my posts that this is "my opinion" or that "it's a personal choice". Sorry if I came accross as a "claim or bias".
