Butchering again tomorrow!

I am going to butcher my last two hogs for the year tomorrow and I am going to do another experiment. This time I am going to take the bile from the gallbladders and place it into probably a long balloon. Since I have two pigs I will set up two experiments. One I will place the ingredients of a Liver Flush and add the bile and seal. I will agitate this for awhile and let it sit if need be. In the other one I am going to place the ingredients of a Liver Flush but substitute some other oil than olive oil and repeat the experiment. Crude experiment but I think it will give some interesting results. I'll let you know how it works out! Tweet
