clutching at straws? I don't see that at all. I'm sorry, but the points are raised and others raised are quite valid. Of course they are not convenient for your theory, but that does not make them invalid. The lancet did one experiment on one person. Somehow my mother-in-law got stones without using oil... the lancet article provides no explanation for this, do you?

because the article came from the lancet am i supposed to take it on faith, against my own personal experience?
