My wife and I take Primal Defense, Perfect Food, the cod liver oil (not necessarily the Garden of Life product) and the multi's.
We are both in excellent health, and eat alot of veggies with some protien. I take two perfect foods, 1 primal defense, and 1 multi a day. My wife does the same, except she uses the female multi.
We also have the Clenzology product. (I love this one).
We only cook with olive or coconut oils, and I keep walnut oil on hand for salad dressings. We also use flax seeds. Sprinkle them on salads and whatnot.
We are not rich by any means, but I make a decent living.
We both stopped taking the above regime last week, and boy did we notice the difference (We wanted to see if we could tell a difference - we could). Don't stop. Cheat every once in a while if you have to, but don't make a habit of it.
Yes, these supplements are expensive. They also work (for us, anyway). The supps are alot cheaper at Natural Health Shoppe. (No, I don't work for em, just like the prices). You may want to compare prices at other online dealers (esp if you buy yours locally in a store).
