Does "cleansing" fit with the Maker's Diet plan?
Just wanting to start a discussion about all the cleansing people talk about in these forums and how it fits with the Maker's Diet. I am considering some Liver Cleanses for Acne (my husband did one) but in some ways am not sure if it is necessary or healthy. What do you all think about cleansing?
