Re: Rundown for me?

Hey! Check out Weston A. Price's website! Jordan S. Rubin (author of the Maker's Diet) got a lot of his ideas from Dr. Price's research, and it's all laid out in plain English on his website! I've tried to find free info to link about Maker's Diet etc and this is the closest I've come. This is better than I hoped for though. So much awesome information! Such easy to understand and follow guidelines, and the research backing them up.
