nauseous

I have been on the Maker's Diet for about five days now. I do not have any major health problems and my old diet was overall healthy. I have felt nauseous every morning and night since beginning the diet. I know "flu-like" symptoms are normal...does this include such intense nausea? (I feel fine when I eat..it's inbetween and, like I said, morning and night when it's worst.) Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
