Re: candida or leaky gut?
I am experiencing about the same thing as you. I an currently taking the Threelac for Candida. For the past while I have always had little "cob web" surprises when I went to the bathroom. Now there is more of that, so I'm assuming the cob web stuff is candida and the threelac is clearing it out.
However, I go through boughts of somthing, whether it be leaky gut or chrohn's disease.(pain and leakage. The leakage is clear or has some blood, but does not stink considering where it came from) From what I read on the internet, doctors don't even know the difference, they just guess.
As chrohn's disease protocol states, this condition comes and goes.(swelling of the small intestine) Well, a few days ago it came on pretty bad. I re-evalutated what I ate. The burning made me think that it was somthing acidy.
The day before my re-occurance, I drank a lot of pineapple juice. I decided to make sure that I take nothing acidy as I kind of have problems after eating spaghetti (lots of acid in tomatotes)
The past two days since I made sure to avoid fruits, I have been pain and leakage free. It's either a coincidence, or I have figured out that I can't take acidy foods.(the
Blood Type Diet does not like acidy foods for O Blood types) I know it's controversial to put down fruit, but for now, I'm staying away from fruit as a test to see if that's been my problem. You might want to evaluate your diet to see what acidy foods you eat and test avoiding them and see if it fixes the problem.
